I am a Certified Menopause Health Coach with 20+ years of experience in fitness coaching and the creator of the StrongHER Workbook; as well as a speaker at women's health events. I’ve helped clients transform their bodies and their minds.

I am fluent in 3 languages, but keep the workouts in plain English so they’re dead simple to understand and complete. I know my way around a barbell, a yoga mat, and a good plate of high-protein food.
